Prof. Ozumba UNN's new VC Unveils Five Points Agenda for UNN
The new Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Prof. Benjamin Chukwuma Ozumba, has unveiled a five-point agenda for the University, which he said would position the Institution as an academic giant and a pace-setter among universities in third world countries. Addressing the university community during his inauguration as the 14th Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nigeria at the Margaret Ekpo Convocation Arena, Tuesday, Prof. Ozumba said his administration would advance a convincing case for the UNN in both National and International environment, harness abundant human resources in the University to achieve a shared vision, and articulate a strategic plan informed by the role and responsibilities of a University system in the 21st century.
